Position Details Location: Sydney Metro East and West Districts, including Bankstown, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, City, Fairfield, Hornsby, Leichhardt, Liverpool, Mt Druitt, Parramatta, Penrith, St Leonards, Sutherland, Windsor Employment Type: Casual pool for Metro East and West Districts Salary: $45.0064 per hour (Clerk Grade 3) Role Overview As a casual Community Service Field Officer, your key responsibilities include supervising offenders on community service orders, managing logistics and safety at worksites, and ensuring compliance and accountability. This community-based role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and courage. Aboriginal candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Supervise offenders during community service, ensuring safety and compliance Coordinate with community agencies and provide transportation for offenders Monitor behavior and enforce safety protocols Qualifications and Requirements Ability to supervise offenders and ensure safety compliance Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles Excellent communication skills Valid Driver''s License (Class LR for Sydney Metro) Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Ability to work up to 38 hours per week, including weekends Satisfactory Criminal Record Check Application Process Apply via Seek or the DCJ Careers site by submitting a cover letter (max 2 pages) and an up-to-date rsum (max 3 pages).
