The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.This is a casual position where you can expect to work full-time hours, with the potential to be ongoing based on performance.Job Responsibilities:Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing aviation-related shipments, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.Conduct thorough inspections and documentation of aviation parts and equipment.Maintain strict inventory control and accurate records.Manual handling/forklift operations/pick packing with precision.Tool handling and management.Perform cleaning duties to ensure safety in the working environment.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehousing role.Holds valid Forklift license.Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills.Demonstrated adherence to all work rules and regulations.Full working rights in Australia.Willing to obtain ASIC (Airport ID) and comply with medical requirements (drug/alcohol and hearing test).Perks of the Role:Monday to Friday - Morning shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance (subject to change based on operational needs).Base rate of $35ph + Super.Convenient onsite parking for hassle-free commuting.A fantastic team and culture that fosters growth and camaraderie.An excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-growing industry.Eligible candidates with the above qualities are encouraged to apply now!
