The centre is conveniently located close to public transport, schools, and local amenities, providing easy access for both staff and clients.As part of the MERIT team, youll work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment with a diverse group of experienced clinicians. This inclusive and collaborative culture offers valuable opportunities for learning and professional growth, making it an ideal setting to expand your skills in drug and alcohol care.About The RoleIn this dynamic position, you will provide timely and person-centred support to individuals referred to MERIT by the courts. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive assessmentsDeveloping and monitoring evidence-based treatment plansProviding regular counselling sessionsCoordinating referrals to appropriate servicesPreparing court reports and maintaining accurate documentation within clinical systemsYour work will play a vital role in supporting clients recovery and reducing reoffending, while also contributing to broader public health outcomes.
