Family Services Administration Assistant MCH Temporary Part Time (15.2 hours per week) until 20 February 2026 Work Days: Tuesday and Friday Pay Rate: $36.15 - $38.55 plus 11.5% superannuation Department: Family Services Do you want to make an IMPACT? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Family Services department as an Administration Assistant until 20 February 2026 in a job share arrangement, working Tuesdays and Fridays. About This Role In this role, you will be the first point of client contact to operate the Maternal and Child Health service. You will provide efficient and effective resourcing and support to the Family Services programs, including computer applications and customer liaison. You will also provide a wide range of secretarial, administrative, and program support functions to the department. About You We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate and willing to assist in the regular evaluation of administrative systems, including standard forms, letters, and record systems, to ensure processes remain customer service-focused, efficient, and effective. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people are essential. You will need: Demonstrated administrative experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a range of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality. A dedication to providing excellent customer service. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a National Police Check and a Working with Childrens Check.
