With decades of experience, we understand the challenges that face our customers in driving efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effective processes in their supply chain.We are currently looking for a Service Scheduler to join our Victorian team based in Scoresby. The role is responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling field service resources in order to ensure our customers are provided with the highest quality technical customer service.On a daily basis your duties will include but not be limited to:Responding to customer and technician calls.Updating customers in real time with any service delays or scheduled changes.Accurately logging new service calls and maintaining all work orders in the Service Management System.Ensuring that all work orders are allocated to a Service Technician and are scheduled efficiently.Assigning and managing the movement of rental equipment.Supporting the field service technicians with spare parts / inventory requests.Ad hoc functions including stock movements and projects support, as and when required.Our ideal candidate has:Previous experience in scheduling or service coordination preferably within a service environmentExperience completing tasks associated with the whole work order cycle would also be an advantageExperience with service management systems, (D365 experience highly regarded)A desire / ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environmentThe ability to effectively manage multiple, conflicting priorities whilst under pressureA logical approach and great attention to detailIn return, you will be supported with a tailored development plan within a workplace that values its people and sustainability.
