Your contributions will be critical in shaping the future of our division.What You''ll Do:Strategic Support: Partner with the COO and divisional leaders to develop and align the annual operational plan, ensuring clear priorities and measurable outcomes.Board Papers & Reports: Ensure timely completion of Board and committee papers, crafting high-quality documents and reports for senior leaders on behalf of the COO.Operational Efficiency: Operationalise the divisional strategy, tracking performance to drive success and maintaining optimal operating rhythms to maximise effectiveness.Risk & Compliance: Oversee risk, compliance, and procurement activities to meet divisional obligations.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with PMO and Internal Communications teams to develop impactful divisional communications, manage stakeholders effectively, and mobilise teams to achieve the best outcomes for QTC.What You''ll bring:Technical Expertise: Proven experience in writing and editing Board and committee papers and enhancing operating rhythms for improved performance.Behavioral Excellence: Uphold strong professional and ethical standards, understand stakeholder needs, take initiative for improvements, and embody QTC values with a continuous improvement mindset.Leadership Skills: Build trust and confidence through clear communication, proactively manage risks, engage and energise teams, diagnose problems effectively, and prioritise high-value tasks efficiently.Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification.Experience within a 3 lines of defence risk management framework.Build the future with QTC:QTC is the central financing authority for the Queensland Government and provides financial resources and services for the State.
