The Parliament is made up of three (3) separate Departments consisting of House of Assembly, Legislative Council, and Legislature - General.LocationWe foster a collaborative and engaging workplace. As such, this role is required to be performed in person and on site in Hobart.We want to hear from you if you haveMinimum Certificate III Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and have completed an apprenticeship.Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.Minimum five years prior and proven experience in a similar role.Extensive knowledge of both classical repertoire and contemporary food trends, with a proven ability to produce a broad range of dishes in a modern catering operation.Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing food preparation areas and techniques; the operation and maintenance of food production equipment, with special emphasis on hygiene and safety (HACCAP).Demonstrated experience in supervising, motivating and training staff within a complex and diverse kitchen environment.How to apply?If you wish to do the best work of your career, applications will only be received through seek.com.au.
