Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are centrally located to provide a quintessential Sydney experience.The Role:Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will work as part of a small, hands-on team responsible for general maintenance across the hotel. Tasks could include painting, plastering, and a variety of repair and upkeep duties no two days are the same.Other responsibilities include:Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all equipment and facilities for both guests and team members.Preserving the hotels asset value while contributing to a consistently positive and professional image.Carrying out daily maintenance tasks and diligently following preventative maintenance schedules.Leading by example in workplace health and safety across all tasks and environments.Responding swiftly and effectively to urgent repair requests always with a calm, can-do attitude.Pitching in wherever needed you''re hands-on, practical, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.About you:Your many talents will include:An ability to balance safety and maintenance scheduling seamlessly all while ensuring minimal disruption to our guests'' experience.A proven track record in maintenance and general upkeep, ideally within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.A natural tinkerer with a strong, hands-on maintenance background and a knack for finding practical solutions.The Benefits:You will work with exceptional people in a supportive, diverse, and passionate environment.
