The opportunity The primary purpose of the Support & Solutions Officer is to be the front line of support for customers, predominantly clients and advisers. The incumbent will receive inbound telephone calls, emails, and web chats related to products, services, and general inquiries. Delivering service within designated timeframes and maintaining a professional and high standard of communication that represents Netwealth is paramount. The incumbent will handle a high volume of queries, create a positive customer experience, address questions, provide accurate responses, and escalate issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
