DescriptionThe primary purpose of MNX couriers are to load, unload their truck or van, pick up and deliver goods against MNX & Supplier documentation to ensure accuracy across all areas of responsibilities. This is to ensure customers receive the correct freight within the expected delivery times. Drivers are the key to the successful fulfilment of our customer expectations.What you will do:Deliver and pick up packages to a variety of locations around metropolitan and regional areasLodge international and/or domestic freightMeet Customers expectations in relation to on time delivery, taking into account receivers requirements by following consignment instructions for delivery every timeAll drivers are responsible to ensure all of their freight is labelled and sorted from dispatch. This includes daily pickups from customers that require there freight to be labelled back at the depot.Undertake other duties as requested by managers, supervisors and team leadersAdhere to all Company Policies and ProceduresMaintain cleanliness of fleet vehiclesEnsure GPS tagging is completed each dayOperation of forkliftAdditional tasks as otherwise directed by the supervisors & managersWhat you bring:The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:Forklift LicenseExcellent level of numeracy, verbal and literacy skillsIntermediate computer skillsLoading and unloading up to 25kgs (on average 5-10kg)May be driving both a manual or automatic vehicle for long periods of time (in excess of one hour but may take breaks if needed)Preferred experience:Knowledge of Biomedical industry2-3 years driving/transport experienceExperience in OBS Operating systemAll Logical Freight Solutions employees are required to acquaint themselves with the organisations Handbook, standalone policies and procedures and to abide by them at all times.It is expected that at all times, employees will:be respectful towards the organisation, colleagues, clients and the general publicbe cognisant with and uphold the objectives and philosophy of Logical Freight Solutionsact collaboratively with all colleaguesact in a safe and responsible manner at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr
