Job Description

This is a 6 Month Fixed-Term full-time position for 38 hours per week.Role scheduled Monday to Friday with availability to work on weekends.Training will be provided.About The BusinessResMed pioneers innovative solutions that treat and prevent hospitalizations, empowering individuals to live healthier, higher-quality lives. Responsibilities include:Handling customer inquiries in-store and over the phone.Investigating and assisting customers with therapy-related issues.Providing setup, ongoing support, and equipment to ensure therapy standards are maintained.Fitting customers for masks and recommending appropriate options based on training.Advising customers on the safe and effective use of medical equipment.Promoting and selling new or additional services via phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure conversion.Maintaining the condition of retail premises and displays.Handling payments, balancing floats, and banking.Managing stock levels for trial and sales stock, reordering as needed.Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed, you should have:Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.Outstanding reception skills and a caring attitude towards customers.The ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure.A strong customer service orientation focused on individual outcomes.Excellent and adaptable communication skills.Active listening skills and problem-solving abilities.Healthcare retail experience is preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided.Reliability, honesty, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for new challenges.Whats in it for youComprehensive training and a positive attitude are valued.Job satisfaction from making a difference.Benefits such as an employee assistance program supporting mental health.Joining us means more than contributing to a healthier world; its about discovering a challenging, supportive, and inspiring career.
