Seeking an experienced Dry Fire Technician based in Darwin to work in a Permanent Full-time role with multi-site responsibilityAbout the roleBased with a large organisation with great potential for career progression in the futurePermanent Full-time Position - Monday till Friday 7:30am till 4pm (Early on a Friday - 2:30pm)Supporting contracts across Darwin and opportunity to undertake periodic test & inspections on Contracts across NT.Key DutiesInspect, test, maintain, service and install all Dry Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS1851-2012 and/or OEMUndertake Inspection & Testing on Fire Panels, Alarms, Electronic Signage and Electrical systems.Conduct routine inspection and serving of Portable Fire Systems and equipmentInstallation of Portable Fire Systems and equipmentAssist in preparation of customer quotations and identifying remedial workLiaise directly with client regarding service workCommit to workplace safety and good work practiceAbout you2-5 years experience within the Fire Industry1-3 years experience in testing and serviceCert 3 in ElectrotechnologyIdeally Electrical ''A'' Grade LicenceFPAS Accreditation (Desirable)White Card (General Construction Induction Card)Ability to carry out inspection on fire equipment to AS 1851Basic knowledge of AS1851, AS1668, AS1670, AS2220, ASS009 and AS3000Current Drivers LicenseStrong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsMust be able to secure a Police ClearanceMust be able to pass a standard pre-employment medical and pass drug and alcohol screening #J-18808-Ljbffr
