Early Childhood Teacher Position We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a vibrant classroom environment with 30 children, supported by two experienced assistant educators who are confident in managing the classroom, ensuring a smooth and supportive atmosphere. The Opportunity As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Lead a team of educators focusing on individual development and mentoring. Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure they feel informed and confident in their children''s education and care. Support educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices and implementing the Guardian Curriculum. Make your centre an example of Guardian''s core mindsets: being brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional. Implement an educational program visible in the centre environment and on Storypark, encouraging family and educator contributions and maintaining children''s learning profiles. Contribute to self-assessment and continuous improvement strategies.
