It''s our vision to reshape education, one student at a time. What you''ll do Act as the first point of contact for student and parent enquiries via our digital platforms. Provide prompt, friendly support on scheduling, rescheduling, invoicing, and general queries. Respond to all enquiries promptly to maintain service benchmarks. Greet and assist students and parents with in-person and walk-in enquiries on campus. Support students and parents during class times, ensuring a smooth experience. Manage daily campus admin tasks like record-keeping, printing, and stock levels. Ensure classrooms are set up and campus spaces are clean, organised, and functional. Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate where needed. Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency scores. Help create a positive, welcoming environment for all members of the Contour community. Skill Requirements Honesty and Integrity Passion for Customers and Service Delivery High Level of Empathy Energy and Enthusiasm Excellent Communication Skills Independence & Proactiveness Willing to Listen, Learn & Lead Intelligence & Creativity Academic Requirements Completed the VCE and performed well. Bachelor''s Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce/Business or a related field. Prior retail, hospitality, call centre, and/or customer service experience (ideal). Personal Requirements Passionate and engaged (we want you to vibe with students and peers on campus!). Long-term mindset & vision (if you''re selected, we''d like you to stay for as long as possible!). Genuine desire to help students & parents (our goal is to help students achieve their potential and ensure smooth out-of-class experiences). Full academic year commitment (e.g., no overseas exchange trips for 8 weeks). Ability to commit to hours (e.g., avoid constantly rescheduling or missing work). Travel to our campus locationsMelbourne CBD, Glen Waverley, Point Cook, Narre Warren, Box Hill. Sign an NDA (e.g., can''t distribute our resources/company info to others). Agree to a non-compete clause (e.g., can''t sell similar services for others, exceptions apply). Past VCE graduate (applications from non-VCE graduates in exceptional circumstances are also considered).
