Pallion entities offer the following services: Bullion; Refining and Minting; Casting and Jewellery; Fabricated Metals; Findings and Vaulting.We have an opportunity for a Balance Room Operator to join our team in Marrickville, Sydney.You will be responsible for precious metals movements, imports and exports around ABC Refinery.The responsibilities will include:Provide logistics support, including generation of documentation, cross-site transfers and record management to maintain accuracy whilst creating efficient workflow across the refining sites.Provide administration support, including generation of documentation and records management to maintain an efficient workflow across the refining sites.Plan, prepare and execute cycle counts and stock-takes for ABC Refinery.Accurately maintain audit and production records for the processing of metal within the refinery.Daily reconciliation of stock including the timely investigation, resolution and reporting of discrepancies.The ideal candidate will possess the following:Ability to meet deadlines, sense of urgency.Ability to work under pressure in peak periodsComputer literacy with MS Excel and experience using ERP systems is preferred but not essentialMethodical problem solver, analytical with strong attention to detailExperience using Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 or similar ERP system.Pallion is an equal opportunity employer.Please note thatSuccessful candidates are required to complete a police check.Apply TODAY if this role sounds like its the right fit for you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
