As our Business Support Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting senior leadership by ensuring smooth internal operations, effective communication, and streamlined administrative processes.This role is pivotal in keeping our internal business functions running efficiently, enabling leadership to focus on strategy, corporate goals, and project success. Apply now and be part of our journey!Functional Areas and Key ResponsibilitiesLeadershipProactively understand and communicate leadership intent within the organisation.Act as a proxy for the executive team, ensuring alignment across teams.Implement company directives, culture, and expectations for Greenroom leadership.Work toward the priorities of the company and leadership team (e.g. support product development or project planning as required).Business OperationsSupport the leadership team with both routine and unexpected matters.Assist in the development of organisational goals for Greenroom Robotics teams.Coordinate monthly business reporting processes.Communicate with Managers and Executives, providing updates on corporate operations and addressing concerns.Identify potential risks to operations, develop strategies to mitigate them, and inform leadership.Project Support: Help facilitate projects related to internal business improvement and change management.Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement solutions to streamline operations.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices.Human Resource SupportSupport onboarding and recruitment processes, as requested by senior leadership, including preparation of contracts and correspondence.Assist the Finance Officer by providing input into financial systems as required.General Administration & Facility ManagementFacility Management: Ensure office space is maintained to a high standard, managing repairs, office layout, and space optimisation.Desired Qualifications / ProficienciesExceptional communication and time management skills.Bookkeeping experience will be highly valued.Management or Executive Assistant experience will be highly valued.Bachelors Degree or relevant industry qualification.5+ years of relevant experience.Expert in Microsoft Office.Familiar with Xero.Would this job suit you?Please reach out to the greenroom team with your CV, and let us know why youre interested in the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
