We operate 24/7, processing approximately 145 million litres of milk yearly, and are committed to supporting local products.The role involves basic machine operation of blow moulding equipment, monitoring quality and output, and ensuring production aligns with standards. Prior blow moulding experience is not mandatory but is advantageous. Mechanical aptitude and interest in a career change are welcome.Shift options include:Day shift: 5am 1pmAfternoon shift: 1pm 9pmNight shift: 9pm 5amWork is Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime available.ResponsibilitiesSafe setup and operation of blow moulding machines to produce quality bottlesReport safety, quality, and environmental issuesAccurate documentation of quality tests and production dataMinimize downtime through effective work practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teamsAbout youExperience in FMCG or food manufacturing is desirableMechanical background or trades experience is highly regardedComfortable with technology related to production, safety, and reportingGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer skillsCommitment to safe work practices and teamworkBega Group StoryBega Group owns iconic brands like VEGEMITE, DARE, and Zooper Dooper.
