You''ll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day. As a Trolley Collection Driver, you will collect trolleys in car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle. To help you with this, you will be fully trained to operate our trolley collection vehicles and undergo an assessment.What You''ll DoDrive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbsPush trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicleCollect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley baysCarry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicleFollow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collectionFollow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleysYou may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasksWhat You''ll BringAn ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your career in the cleaning and trolley collection space and beyond.You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International drivers LicencePhysical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shiftAvailability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pmA strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a teamNote: Woolworths Group is an inclusive, team-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
