Your success is our success.Job Summary:This customer-facing position is the primary point of contact for owners, operators, and maintenance personnel requesting support for Textron Aviation aircraft. Support requests will include technical parts questions, quotes, procurement, and ordering of spare parts. The role involves working with other Textron Aviation organizations to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.Job Responsibilities:Handle additional TAPD activities during off-shift coverage, including vendor expedites, factory expedites, and other related tasks by coordinating with TAPD areas.Monitor customer accounts for PAR status after hours and perform release verification per the accounting flow chart.Assist in setting up freight forwarders for international customers with the customer account team.Train and guide Sales Coordinators.Coordinate between 1st shift and off-shift coordinators to ensure AOG orders are monitored and shipped on time.Review and improve current training programs and processes.Provide daily activity reports to managers.Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize training needs.Provide quality standards training to employees and address workmanship issues through training initiatives.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, with general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading.Minimum of 5+ years in aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing roles.Aircraft experience is advantageous.Experience with SAP is preferred.Qualifications:Ability to read and analyze illustrated parts catalogs, overhaul manuals, and aircraft engine manuals.Knowledge of US export/import regulations and trade agreements.Note: This description outlines the general responsibilities and is not exhaustive of all duties and skills associated with this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
