This role will provide critical operational and maintenance capabilities to help ensure contractual requirements are met during the plant''s operation and maintenance.Whats On OfferAttractive pay package with bonus and benefitsTraining and career growth in global companyContribute to environmental mission and circular economyDiverse responsibilities in troubleshooting and maintenanceGain experience in critical desalination infrastructureSupportive culture with health/wellness perks and programsWhat Youll Be Responsible ForTroubleshoot problems, undertake corrective actions and first-line maintenanceConduct routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance repairs as well as installations and upgradesPerform technician duties to meet contractual obligations and minimise health & safety, environmental and equipment impactsEnsure safe and reliable plant operation within set parameters to achieve KPIsMaintain housekeeping and appearanceInduct, liaise with, and supervise contractors for maintenance and project activitiesFollow document control and record-keeping requirementsReport on OHS, security, environmental, process, equipment, and quality issuesAttend toolbox meetings, conduct risk assessments, follow work instructions/permitsParticipate in on-call rosters, overtime, training, and skills developmentPerform routine area checks, monitor data/security screens, and report issuesWhat Youll Need To Be SuccessfulRelevant mechanical trade qualificationRelevant high risk work licences (working at heights, confined space, rigging & dogging, forklift etc. all highly regarded)Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant or similar processes (desired)Experience in hydraulic and mechanical maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and commissioningA Veolia CareerVeolia aims to be the benchmark company for ecological transformation.
