This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a future-focused electricity network for the ACT.Key responsibilities:Installation of services from Evoenergy''s distribution network to customer premisesTimely completion of all record-keeping documentation, including work orders, task completion, vehicle log sheets, and timesheetsWillingness to complete relevant training and obtain authorization for HV and LV field switching, applying these skills as part of the core roleZone and distribution substation construction and maintenanceParticipation in on-call and shift-work rosters as necessary, based on Evoenergy policyOther duties within the employee''s skill, competence, and training, as requiredFor a full list of responsibilities, please see the attached position descriptions.Our ideal candidate:Minimum Certificate III in Systems Electrician and Certificate III in ESI Distribution Cable JointingUnrestricted ACT Electrical License or the ability to obtain onePrevious successful experience in field construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructureProactive in ensuring safety for colleagues and the community, promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful environmentAbout EvoenergyWe own, maintain, and operate the electricity distribution network in the ACT and the gas network in the ACT and parts of NSW.
