Your leadership will ensure that every guest departs feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.A few of your responsibilities:Leading and motivating our spa team members to continuously deliver five-star serviceOverseeing financial performance by efficiently managing inventory, controlling costs, monitoring profit and loss, and optimising staffing levels to ensure sustainable wage expensesDesigning strategic marketing plans to meet sales targetsDeveloping and training your teamCommunicating with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achievedWhat are we looking for:A strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiencesProven experience in the beauty industry, complemented by a strong passion for wellness and luxury servicesPrevious leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards collective successFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and prioritising operational excellenceAbout you:You will have a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality.
