Your role involves providing high-quality meat and seafood products with expert knowledge, including cutting, trimming, and preparing consumer-sized portions.Daily OperationsProvide exceptional service and share expertise on meat and seafoodAssume Meat Manager responsibilities in their absence as neededAssist in receiving trucks and organizing deliveriesCut and prepare meat and seafood to meet customer specifications, ensuring proper rotation in the caseCompany StandardsFollow all safety guidelines and report safety issuesUse equipment according to safety protocolsComply with dress code, wear name tags, and complete required trainingStay current with training and industry knowledgePhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move between workstations, and handle sharp tools safely.
