We are a passionate team who work with people with disabilities to support them to become independent and live the lives they want to live.What your role will look likeNo two days are the same! As an Attendant Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living. Passionate employees experience varied duties; you might provide personal care, help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, youll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow and build a valuable skillset.This role offers a variety of shift lengths, ranging from 3 to 10 hours, working 1-1 in the community with one of our clients.To be successful in this roleYou will demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physicalEnjoy a challenge and celebrate the little thingsDemonstrate empathy and a caring attitudeHold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid CertificateBe fully COVID vaccinatedHave the right to work in AustraliaRelevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate in-houseInterested in finding out more?
