Disability Support Worker - no study and experience neededAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsDisability Support worker needed in Shepparton, Numurkah and the surrounding region. The role will include assisting our NDIS participants with a range of support services, including Community Access, Group activities, school pick-up and drop-off, and Domestic Assistance, to enable independence and promote positive health and well-being in both the community and the clients'' homes.Main Duties or Responsibilities:School pick up and drop offTaking out in communities, activities, appointments, etcAssist participants in preparing client mealsStandard low needs personal care and personal hygieneLinking or making a referral to other services as per the client''s needAssist participants in Household duties, organising the house, cleaning, etc.Assist in medication administration for approved participantsQualifications/ Requirements :Working with childrenNDIS Worker Screening Check or Willing to applyA fully COVID-19 vaccination certificateCurrent First Aid Certificate/CPR (or willingness to obtain one)Current Australian Driver''s Licence, reliable insured motor vehicle and smart mobile phone/deviceComputer literacy and access to emails/internetFlexible availability to cover a range of shifts across the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends and overnightExperience :Minimum 6 monthsof experience in a similar industry or the right attitude towards working in the industrySkills: Team player, good Communication, can work unsupervisedHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a Disability Support Worker?
