It features our own farm raised meat and locally sourced ingredientsAbout The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at the CBCo Brewing taphouse. This is a contract role offering a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career development. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and supporting the Head Chef in the preparation of high-quality, innovative dishes for our busy restaurant.What you''ll be doingPreparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes to the highest standardSupervising and coordinating the work of kitchen staff in your assigned sectionEnsuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulationsContributing to the development of new menu items and recipesMaintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environmentProviding excellent customer service and responding to queriesParticipating in team meetings and training to continuously improve kitchen operationsWhat we''re looking forRelevant qualifications or equivalent experience as a Chef de PartieA minimum of 3 years'' experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchenStrong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and kitchen managementExcellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving skillsA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishesStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen teamFlexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhat we offerAt CBCo, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
