Youll help ensure that our customers receive the consistent, high-quality support they deserve.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain operational rosters for all services, balancing customer needs with financial and award requirementsManage leave and temporary shift changes, including engaging agencies where neededRespond to phone and email queries around rostering with empathy and accuracyIdentify rostering gaps and help develop practical solutionsContribute to improving systems, culture, and processes in a fast-paced support environmentWant to look at the Position Description?
