Calls will range in complexity but predominantly be taking requests for maintenance work and following a process to create & dispatch work order requests.You Can Expect ToRespond to high volume inbound/outbound activities from members of the community or technicians / contractorsMonitor and optimise work order outcomesProviding a positive customer experienceMatching customer needs to solutionsManage the customer experience through dispatching work ordersCase management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolutionMaintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documentsWhat you bring to the role;Previous experience in one of the above-mentioned roles with a strong passion for delivering a quality customer serviceProven ability working within a similar environment working with multiple customers and leading large teams (For Lead and Management positions)Must be tech savvy, have strong computer application skills; MS Office, SAP or similarResilience when dealing with challenging activitiesYou enjoy a fast paced, high-volume environmentYou bring your best to work every dayThe successful applicants will genuinely care about their customers and want to make a positive impact on other people''s lives within local communitiesDiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
