We are seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to join our team in Rockhampton, providing essential support for government housing maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance requests for government housing properties. Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening and effectively communicating to address maintenance needs. Coordinate and arrange responsive maintenance services. Engage with customers to confirm or clarify information and de-escalate concerns as needed. Build strong relationships with customers and contractors. Utilize relevant software, databases, and tools efficiently. Work towards meeting or exceeding call center performance metrics. About You Skills & Experience Required: Call center experience with strong phone and de-escalation skills. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
