The college has earned an outstanding reputation for academic excellence and are now looking for a part time Cert III Early Childhood Educator for their Rose Bay locationPart Time Early Childhood Cert III Educator Rose Bay, NSWAbout the Role:Join a Warm, Supportive Early Learning Community in Rose Bay!Tradewind Australia is thrilled to partner with a prestigious co-educational Jewish Day School in search of a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) to join their nurturing 23 year old room at their Rose Bay Early Learning Centre.This is a rewarding part-time opportunity that offers not only a beautiful working environment but also excellent benefits and the chance to be part of a caring, inclusive team dedicated to early childhood excellence.The hours will be:4 days a weekTuesday and Wednesdays 1.30 5.30pmThursday 7.45 5.30 (8 hour day on a rotating roster including 30 minute lunch break)Fridays 7.15 3.15pmIf you''re looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-based setting where your expertise is truly valuedwed love to hear from you!Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through building strong trusted relationshipsDevelop and/or assist the Room Leader with delivery of education programs that support childrens independence, resilience, and social and emotional wellbeingAssist with the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children and groupsDocument childrens learning through observations and assessments in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Skills & Experience:ACECQA recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood EducationIdeally at least 2 years relevant work experience in a CentreGood understanding of early learning pedagogy and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleaguesExcellent time management and organisational skillsA working knowledge of Jewish Studies and Hebrew advantageous but not essentialCurrent First aid qualifications including asthma, anaphylaxis and CPR and Mandatory ReportingA valid Working with Children CheckSalary above the Multi-Enterprise Agreement levelAttractive hoursEarly finish on Fridays, with centres open 7:15am to 3:15pm.A paid day off for Jewish High Holy daysStaff Wellbeing program including EAP 24/7 independent counselling support, annual flu shots, salary sacrificing opportunitiesDiscounted school fees for Primary and High School students (where applicable)Why work with Tradewind?Tradewind Australia is a specialist, education recruitment agency and is the preferred supplier of Early Childhood Staff for many centres across Australia.
