In this role, youll support our online customers by answering questions, tracking orders and resolving any issues that arise, all with a positive and helpful attitude.You will communicate with customers via email and phone, ensuring they feel supported and well looked after. Things can get busy during peak periods, so were after someone whos organised, quick-thinking and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.This full-time role is based at our Support Office on St Kilda Road in Melbourne, right across from Fawkner Park.
