Join our Operations Team as a Port Delivery Agent Guides Scheduler in Sydney. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for the planning of guides across Australia to ensure smooth shore excursion/tour operations.Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be working closely with various cruise lines and their clients in their daily operations around Australia. This is a Sydney-based role but may present an opportunity to travel to some exciting destinations within the country.If you have the right to work in Australia and speak English, keep on reading!ABOUT OUR OFFERA job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 61,300 AUD gross per year.We pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & language lessons.Get involved with charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation and complimentary access to our dedicated WeCare Team & 24/7 Wellbeing Hub.We offer a seasonal contract (6 months)*, with the potential to transition to a full-time role at the end of the trial period.ABOUT YOUHave a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy.The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards.Are comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.Solve problems independently and/or suggest improvements to ways of working.Possess a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality.Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Previous experience in travel/tourism is advantageous.A drivers license is a plus.ABOUT THE JOBRecruit guides through Guides Association websites, set up information, and sign contracts.Plan and schedule guides for shore excursions/tour programs throughout Australia.Share requirements for each operational day and ensure all relevant documentation is created and shared.Collaborate and coordinate with the Port Delivery Team regarding each call.Work closely with the Port Operations Manager by providing feedback obtained during operations.Develop and maintain a guide feedback document for continuous development.Ensure guides'' final working hours are received and payroll is processed on time.Manage operation changes and fulfill last-minute requests.From a workplace to a place to belong.
