Bring your culinary creativity to our kitchen team and craft memorable dining experiences for every guest.Job DescriptionWere seeking a skilled and personable Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering an exceptional la carte breakfast experience, making you the face of our morning service. You will showcase your culinary expertise and engage directly with guests, ensuring their day begins with warm hospitality and memorable cuisine.You will prepare high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor junior team members, uphold food safety standards, and help maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen environment.What Youll Do:Take ownership of our la carte breakfast service, crafting elegant and flavorful morning dishesBe the primary contact with breakfast guests, discussing their stays and gathering feedbackContribute to room service, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, and banqueting preparations as neededMaintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanlinessCollaborate on developing creative, seasonal menu items to enhance guest experienceGuide and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellenceEnsure smooth communication and teamwork across all kitchen sectionsQualificationsWe seek candidates passionate about growth and committed to making a meaningful impact.
