An applicant selected under this affirmative action plan will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility prior to commencement, such as:completed statutory declaration form, orsupporting statement from an appropriate Aboriginal organisationTHE ROLERANGER GROUP FACILITATOR - Muru Warinyi Ankkul (Leading Female Ranger Group)CL 6 (Starting CL 6 $87,077 progressing to 100,027)ONGOING CONTRACTUse your knowledge of team building, conservation and community development to supervise and support an Aboriginal ranger group within the CLC Ranger Program to meet the needs of the community and program funding body. Work with Aboriginal rangers, traditional owners, CLC staff, the wider community, and other stakeholders in implementing a diverse program of community-led on-ground natural and cultural resource management activities. Work with other CLC staff to facilitate rangers personal and professional development. Whilst this position will support the Muru-Warinyi Ankkul Ranger team as a whole, in collaboration with other CLC staff, the main focus will be on building and maintaining womens ranger engagement and supporting ranger projects.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package, 15.4% superannuation, five weeks annual leave and Christmas shut down period.Generous salary packaging (maximum $29,000 annually, depending on individual circumstances);Ongoing district allowance (circa $8,200 for an individual or $13,260 with dependents);Yearly airfare allowance (circa $1,300);Relocation assistance, should you be moving to the region; andSubsidised, fully furnished accommodation for the first four months.The Central Land Council is dedicated to delivering ongoing professional development and career progression for its people.
