Join to apply for the Maintenance Handyperson role at Consolidated Property Services (Aust) Pty Ltd.Job DescriptionTo be successful, the role requires flexibility to work 2-4 days per week from 8:00am 4:30pm, including some weekend days and occasional public holidays.Responsibilities include:Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general upkeep of hotel facilities.Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are in excellent working order.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues.Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, requesting replacements as necessary.Assist housekeeping with delivery and removal of rollaway beds and cots, and splitting King Beds into two single beds.Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Communicate effectively with hotel staff to address urgent maintenance concerns.Use HubOS to report and complete maintenance tasks.Additional InformationSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Facilities Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
