As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently, including upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.What we look forRequiredMust be a member or willing to join the local union.Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working on air-cooled or water-cooled machines with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills.You may be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.Self-starter with a passion and desire to learn and apply skills on the job.Prioritize safety in all aspects.Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and a valid driver''s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
