Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Location: Sunbury, OH Compensation: $26 - $34 hourly based on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 3rd shift with one weekend per month; training on 1st shift Benefits: Vision, medical, life, dental insurance 401(k) with matching Employee assistance program Employee discounts Paid time off Retirement plan Job Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, including reprogramming machines and robots (Fanuc Robots experience is a plus). Visually inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment and install new or repaired parts. Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematic prints (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical). Collaborate with production and leadership to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a safe workspace, adhering to safety standards and mission. Ideal Candidate: Driven team-player eager to learn and grow professionally. Two years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or similar, plus 2+ years of related work experience. Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls is preferred. Strong computer and math skills, high school diploma required. Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems proactively. Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to safety mission. Additional Details: Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and mechanical systems is desirable.
