Introducing Saltair ModularSaltair Modular is seeking experienced Site Carpenters to strengthen our team as we replace outgoing staff and scale up resources for upcoming projects. Based out of Coolum Beach, youll be hands-on across modular building installs, site works, and project delivery. The Role Based at Coolum Beach Full range of carpentry from Base-Frame, Clad, Fixout, Fitoff, Footings and Module build installs. Site works and travel for modular building site works and installs. Engaging and innovative work environment - Innovations not Renovations Scheduled and consistent target-based carpentry work. Skills and Experience: Carpentry Licence. 5+ years of residential carpentry experience. Full set of carpentry tools suitable for various tasks. Reliable vehicle (Ute or Van) for local site travel. Strong team player with a self-driven attitude and pride in workmanship. Lead Carpenter experience (highly regarded). Fix-out experience (beneficial).
