About the Role:Next Hotel Melbourne is seeking passionate individuals for two positions: Food & Beverage Attendant and Room Service Attendant. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and in-room dining services. We value teamwork and encourage all our hospitality professionals to bring their enthusiasm and dedication to every shift.What Youll Do:Work shifts as per the roster, with flexibility to support different outlets and colleagues.Prepare the restaurant and in-room dining areas with all necessary equipment to ensure smooth service.Actively participate in daily briefings and team meetings.Deliver friendly and professional service, greeting guests with a warm smile and knowledgeable assistance.Follow all Responsible Service of Alcohol principles and hotel procedures regarding cash handling, stock control, and security.Assist in event and function operations alongside F&B teams and Events Coordinators.Maintain equipment and minimise wastage, breakages, and costs while upholding quality.Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the property.Continuously update yourself with local knowledge and sustainability initiatives to enhance guest experience and environmental awareness.What Were Looking For:A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.Flexibility to work in multiple areas within Food & Beverage.Strong attention to detail and excellent memory for names and faces.Positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and a friendly approach to guests and colleagues.Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.Commitment to upholding the hotels core values: Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.A neat and professional appearance, ready for every shift in full uniform.Why Join Us?At Next Hotel Melbourne, we believe great service comes from passionate people.
