Explore full-time, part-time, and casual positions with diverse tenure opportunities at either Aged Care site.Locations:Heyfield Hospital (HHI):A private facility managed by CGHS, featuring 11 acute/sub-acute beds, 3 Transitional Care beds, and a 51-bed aged care facility, Laurina Lodge.Stretton Park:A private, not-for-profit aged care facility with 40 permanent beds, 2 respite beds. The facility also incorporates 19 Independent Living Units, governed by the Stretton Park Board of Management and managed through CGH.About the Role:Provide effective and efficient personal care services that meet individual needs and preferences while upholding the vision, mission, and values of the Aged Care Site. Work within care coordination principles to ensure residents have access to a coordinated health care and community support system.
