Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessaryAlways know what events and activities are on the days scheduleJump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your helpPerform detailed shift handover and closing of the barMaximize revenue on shift through promotion and upselling, and training of colleaguesAssist in ensuring training of Food & Beverage staff is carried out and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet needs.Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff on the job, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phoneWhat We Need From YouCommunication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so youll be easy to talk toYour problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memoriesApprove time sheets on completion of shift checking they are complete and accurateExperience - ideally, youll have spent the last one year in a Food and Beverage Supervisory positionFlexibility - night, weekend, overnight and holiday shifts are all part of the jobWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
