We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Vietnamese food, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.Location: The vibrant Melbourne Quarter precinct in Docklands.Hours of work are between 7 AM 3 PM Monday to Friday.Commencement date: End of June to mid-July 2025.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and cooking of foodClean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areasAssist in the receiving and storage of food suppliesFollow all health and safety standards and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen ManagerQualifications & Abilities:Minimum 2 years experience in a kitchen environment, with Vietnamese cuisine (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, quality and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRole Type #J-18808-Ljbffr
