Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation, from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes to large commercial and industrial projects.As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our call centre and data entry team by managing enquiries via phone and email. Our customers include homeowners and builders requiring a variety of our superior products and solutions. As the face of BlueScope, you will ensure all customers receive exceptional service.With strong leadership support, you will have opportunities to further your career in customer service or sales with BlueScope Australia.What Will You Do?Interact with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queriesFollow up on quotations and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to meet customer expectations and requirements, including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery schedulesContinuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and enhance the total value propositionMore About YouBring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and develop in the role.
