A great opportunity has become available for several Production Team Members to join our diverse team based at our Northmead manufacturing facility. We are looking for individuals who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow. About Your New Role Equipment cleaning Ingredient processing & batch making Monitoring production activity, resolving/escalating issues which impact production targets Manage packaging and product changeovers Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks Lets Talk About You A proactive mindset to stay on top of your shift tasks Good verbal and written communication skills for managing daily tasks, breakdowns, quality, safety issues, and escalations Eagerness to learn your production line Safety-first mindset with a disciplined attitude towards working safely in your environment and around the plant Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment Australian work rights Australian citizen or permanent resident Prior manufacturing operator line experience is required The Recruitment Process Our application process is quick and simple.
