You will be trained by a dedicated Driver Trainer in the safe operation of Agitator Trucks, and you will be guided on how to deliver Borals concrete to our valued customers. From driveways to stadiums, you will provide high quality service to our customers and leave your mark on a variety of infrastructure projects.Your day will involve:Conducting daily pre-checks on the vehicle and operating our agitator trucks in a safe mannerManaging slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete (training provided)Delivering concrete to customer sites and partnering with clients effectively to maintain serviceCompleting basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concreteCommunicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiencesWhat are we looking for?Current HR drivers'' licence with heavy vehicle driving experienceValid white card or willingness to obtain oneInterest in the concrete industry will be highly regarded with full training providedWhats on offer?Permanent, full-time opportunityAccess to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance ProgramWe provide a working environment that is safe, caring, supportive and dynamic with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its peopleGenuine career growth opportunities within BoralAbout Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
