You will work on a rotating roster within our call center, operating from 7am to 7pm.Work within a fast-paced National Customer Service Centre.Resolve queries related to financial products & services.Liaise with other departments to find solutions for customer queries.Provide quality interactions with customers via phone or email.You will bring to this roleFinancial Services experience in customer service with the ability to manage multiple relationships.Persuasion skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience in an inbound contact centre environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.Financial acumen is advantageous, with the ability to understand customer needs.You will contribute to Nissan Financial Services''s vision to be the financier of choice.
