The Senior Security Officer will support the Security Manager in the administrative and operational management of the Security Department. Selection Criteria: Must hold NSW Security licence 1A, NSW Drivers licence C, and a current relevant first aid certificate. Demonstrated experience managing a team of security officers in a large complex work environment. Proven experience providing security and customer service in a large client base environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and complete all patrols and security work during shifts. Sound understanding of alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and Fire & Safety procedures including Fire Indication panels. Experience in responding to challenging and aggressive situations, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and resilience. Strong written communication skills, including report writing, shift logs, and database entries.
