In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting students with disabilities and/or mental health conditions, fostering inclusion, independence, and equitable access to learning.As part of our inclusive education team, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement individual learning and behavioural support plans, provide one-on-one or small group assistance, and contribute to the creation of a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment. This position is institute-based and involves contributing directly to positive student outcomes through meaningful engagement, adapted learning support, and inclusive practices.About YouYou are supportive, empathic professional who is passionate about making education accessible and inclusive. You hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Education Support or Disability Support (or equivalent experience) and bring with you a sound understanding of the diverse needs of students in adult learning environments.Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to build effective relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders. You demonstrate patience, flexibility and a commitment to person-centred support. Experience in educational settings, particularly in TAFE or adult learning, is highly regarded.You are confident using relevant information and communication technologies and are familiar with current best practices in disability support.
