Currently working on the Alliria Project, with plans to move to the Living Gems project, we pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, a great team culture, and delivering exceptional resultsevery time.About the Role:Were seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Welder to work on our residential and commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include welding and fabricating metal structures, components, and frameworks that form the backbone of our resorts.What Youll Do:Read and interpret construction drawings and plansWeld and fabricate steel frames, supports, and custom componentsOperate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectivelyInspect and test welds to ensure quality and durabilityCollaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelinesMaintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety proceduresWhat Youll Need:Trade qualification in Welding or Metal FabricationProven experience in construction welding (residential or commercial)Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent White Card (Construction Induction)Drivers license and reliable transportBonus Points for:Experience with MIG and Stick weldingAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsBasic fabrication skills and workshop experienceWhy Join Us?Were a fast-growing, dynamic company with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
