About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our business team for a fintech startup focused on the Americas region, providing digital financial services designed for the regions specific needs. You will play a crucial role in defining, creating, and executing branding, marketing approaches, and digital/social media campaigns to launch our new product to the regional markets and drive customer acquisition and adoption. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement. Manage social media, SEO, PPC, and content strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging, visuals, and branding. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics. Stay ahead of fintech marketing trends and the competitive landscape. Required Qualifications Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms) and social media channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics. Deep understanding of content strategy and brand positioning. 3+ years of experience in marketing digital financial services, ideally in Central America and/or startup environments.
